Ensuring the safety of employees remains an elusive challenge for many companies. Leadership executives and boards set the vision and culture for an organisation, and their decisions have a direct bearing on major hazard safety outcomes. The imperative to operate safely, efficiently and profitably can often create competing objectives for senior leaders and requires constant focus and commitment from every level of the organisation.

This two-day masterclass will address the safety leadership of directors and senior executives who are often removed from day to day operations of an organisation yet remain vitally important in the safety decisions and safety outcomes of a company. It provides a deeper understanding of key aspect of good governance, integration of safety into general business operations and wider OSH context that significantly determines the success of safety commitment.
